RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
INSTORE PURCHASE
- Goods can be returned within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase. The invoice, as well as the items (in good condition) and packaging (original and no damages) must be returned to the shop. No cash refund, a handling fee maybe charged.
ONLINE PURCHASE
- Goods can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase. The invoice, as well as the items (in good condition) and packaging (original and no damages) must be returned to the shop. No cash refund, a handling fee of 10% maybe charged.
GENERAL T & C’s
- If your order was SENT CORRECTLY, but you are not satisfied, you may return the goods, but you will have to arrange the courier / return from your side and the cost thereof will be for your own account.
- If the packaging is damaged and the invoice cannot be presented, there might be a handling fee.
- If your order was SENT INCORRECTLY or the products are FAULTY, we will gladly exchange the item and arrange for the courier on our account.
